 The Awakening Organization is a non-profit organization which was founded in
July 2004., by Marko Ferek in Zagreb, Croatia
The Organization became active in March 2005. when M. Ferek's first lecture was hold
Since its formation the Awakening Organization has been dedicated to educate and raise awareness about hyperactive dreamers and ADHD
Since 2008. it is a member of the ADHD-Europe Organization
In four years of activities..
more than 1000 people became members of the Organization
Lecturer Marko Ferek has conducted more than 150 lectures and workshops at
professional meetings, many primary schools, hospitals, universities, centers for development and education, and also some international
conferences and meetings, which involved more than 8000 parents, teachers, professors, psychologists and many others
Our main objective is..
To show the positive sides and hidden gifts found in inattentive, hyperactive, and impulsive minds.
Because of a lack of understanding of their differences and being often critisized, these children lose their self-confidence and their potential is rarely recognized.
We educate that..
Hyperactivity, inattention and impulsivity are not the only characteristics of hyperactive dreamers.
They are also characterized by
